Free Hearing Screening

Lions International is hosting a free hearing screening at AFG for AFG participants, their families, and children on January 30th from 4:00-6:30 pm. No insurance is required, and all ages can be tested, even babies. You must have an appointment to attend. For more information or to register, contact Stefani Barner at (313)361-4000 ext. 224.

Leadership Training for Young Women

Each month at Alternatives For Girls, we open our doors and invite our community in to get to know us. In just one hour, visitors learn more about what we do and our history, hear from our CEO, and hear from one of the young women of AFG. The next open houses will be held: Thursday, January 19th at 9:00 am, Tuesday, February 7th at 5:30 pm, and Thursday, February 23rd at 9:00 am.
